My phone (on contract) was send for repairs because it freezes occasionally and when charged battery does not last long and sometimes not even charge at all. when the phone came back I was told that my phone was replaced, to find that its been replaced with a refurbished, phone was also freezing and sometimes the battery just goes into red not long after charging, I said to the lady Adronel at mtn that this phone is actually worse and she said to bring it in again, I don't have a replacement phone to use while this device is in for repairs so I had to wait for one as I cant be without any phone, ( and needed 1 especially with a baby and no transport) so we took this device back to mtn.
28/10/2013 I get a phone call from them at mtn game centre and he said my phone has returned but not repaired as they find there was damage somewhere on the phone, (charging socket) so this device was in good condition when send as stated on the fault report done by mr shawn and this was a refurbished phone and had no problems to charge, on the report is attached photos of the phone where damaged. where is proof that this phone was not send like that? How can u send refurbished phone.
