My cell phone handset is not working, never did work. Have taken it in for repairs 3 times now, 1st time 4 Sept. This is 6 trips & wasted time. Have spoken to a manager last time when taken in to escalate, but just same response - phone comes back as "repaired" but problems persist.
Call centre cannot help, refer me to the branch. No telephone number available for the branch, no reply after 2 weeks to emails sent. No other escalation contact details available (NM www Contact form is useless, calls previously logged through this channel never resolved, so I know not to even try it), so my only option is to go in again to the branch for a 7th time, sit in a queue for 30 min's & hope the branch manager is available? Previous time I did this nothing happened.
