Blackberry Z10 not even 2 months old

Good day
I bought a Blackberry Z10 from FNB first the phone came with old software, but a fully loaded FNB banking application. My phone is switching off for no reason battery is not low and there is deffinetely a problem with my brand new Z10. I had to do security wipes, software updates etc. but with no luck. I contacted FNB they said I should contact Digital Planet which I did. They want to collect the phone but first had to ask FNB and was gonna phone me back in 2 hours. Nobody phoned back. I called again and they (DP) said FNB be said its okay to collect the phone. My question was what do I use in the meantime? FNB says they dont have a loan phone. How long will you have the phone? They dont know. I asked can I have a new phone? They dont know will phone me back. Guess what I am still waiting. I want a new phone as soon as possible. It is a major inconvenience trying to work with a phone that switch off all the time, so FNB if you want to know how you can help me supply me with a new Blackberry Z10 ref: FNB43309
