The only YYYeeellloooo is NO service!! On the 02-10-13 we upgrate at the MTN Standerton. We had the phone for about 2 weeks and discover that the battery only last for a few hours. We went back to MTN, they send the phone back for repairs!! and told us that they will phone us as soon as the phone is back from repairs.
After two weeks we phone several times to enquire about the phone so the lady in store told us that the phone will be there the next day. Needless to say that the phone only arrives after a week... ZZZZ... WOW what a geat NEXT DAY!!! Yelllooo??!!!
Telling us that the battery was the problem and was replaced. From that day we can only receive calls but cannot phone out or do anything with it.
Now mtn is sending it back again!!! and that it will take 2 weeks again! Telling her we want new phone -for this one is clearly not working. She told us that she cannot do that because we are on a contract. When I read the contract it clearly stated that with any manufacturing problems the phone can be exchanged, she stated that she dont think so and will send it back for repairs and that there is no guarantee that it will work.
