Bad Service to the MAX

Vodacom Tygervally has a bunch of kids working there that has no idea what they doing.

Firstly you hardly get through when you phone and when you ask for repairs you get put through to sales or anywhere but repairs, the phone gets cut of and when you phone again no one answers. Secondly my phone is under warentty and the same problem proceeds for the second time.

My phone has been booked in for repairs the beginning of December and they replaces my screen, two weeks later the same problem proceed. Now my phone has been booked in again and still under warranty they tell me I need to pay R380 as the problem is with the battery, two weeks since they told me it's the battery, I'm now waiting on a motherboard as they say that's the problem. I have received a lot of sms's that my phone is at repairs ummm yes thank you I know this, but time to fix it hey!!
I struggled to get hold of Vodacom again and they gave me the repairs office number AND all the lady can tell me is that my phone has been booked for an software update ummm no that's not the reason as I update my software myself, she has no idea what's going on with my phone and I need to wait for the spares and the best part is s
