I have a Blackberry 9360 the battery life was sudenly very short i bought a new battery, the battery life was still short, I send my phone in for repairs in June 2013 they did a software upgrade and replaced a part after three weeks i received my phone after very bad service at Vodacom The Heads center they first gave me the wrong phone at first i was happy because my phones battery life lasted more than a hour and one call, the next day they phoned me and told me to bring the phone back because it was not my phone, i went back and received my phone, the phone was still the same as before, i send my phone back again for repairs, after three weeks i was called to go and fetch my phone and they told me the phone got water damage!!! i was very surprised because my phone was never near any water, the indicator in my phone is still white according to me when the indicator turns red the phone has been water damaged!!! i must pay R1600 so that my phone can be repaired, my phone is now not even charging so its useless, i cannot believe that im getting this type of treatment after being a loyal customer for so long. wonder what happend to all the warrantys and guarantees.
