How long does it take

I paid my account up to date via EFT (slightly more than what was owed) and Vodacom still took it upon themselves to double debit the account without warning.. the refund must get processed immediately. My mother whose name the account is in has already said that I have authority on the account and life would also be a lot simpler if the account could be changed to my name without us having to go to Vodaworld!
Ensure the refund is in my account by COB today.
