Refunding account

I have changed my debit order date online, from the 27th to the 01st of every month, and Vodacom debited my account on the 29th and then again on the 03rd of May 2013, when I phoned them for a refund they told me that it will take 07 - 14 working days!!! I mean really now!!! after I have explained to them that I have got other debits coming off my account and need the funds back in my account...!!!
