I asked for a Refund from Vodacom because they took an amount of R1960 3x by debit order from my account. Because I didn't expect this to go from my account, one of the Debit orders bounced and I had to pay the bank cost. I phoned Vodacom a week ago and asked to refund the balance of this amount but they keep on saying the refund is pending. How difficult is it to reconcile an account. They are quick to phone when you owe them money but as soon as they have to refund you they have excuses.
