Let me Check My Promotional Data Balance Please!

If you buy promotional data bundle for a device that does not have USSD or telephone you cannot get a balance of the promotional data bundle. The Vodacom App and Vodacom Portal does not show you your balance of the promotional bundle. Portal only shows that you purchased one and says no balance. Vodacom is aware of this as when I told a friend about my experience he said he reported the same thing at least 4 months back!? So the only available option is take the SIM card out of the iPad which is a mission and find a phone that takes the same SIM card and use USSD, or use another phone to call the 155 help desk and wait 20mins while they call someone in technical who can run a query or lastly pay 100% more for your data and buy a standard bundle. How long does it take to get a link in an app that can query a promotional data balance?!
