My account was double debited last week, i have just started working and need every cent that i have to get me to work and back! i don't mind them deducting the one payment? but two?
i called and they said that they cant refund me as it didn't debit last month? who authorised them to double debit my account, i never signed anything to that effect, this is the first time i hear that persons are allowed to just debit, debit, debit as they wish? when that is money that i really need.
this is totally uncalled for, I demand a refund to be put into my account immediately.
