I was notified that Vodacom debit order for March was unsuccessful via SMS and paid the account manually, however in April I was again debited for both March and April fees. I spoke with Renaldo, who conveyed that Vodacom has credited my account until June and that he is unable to refund the incorrectly billed account.
I have not budgeted for the additional cost and insist that the credit be repaid to my account immediately!
