Samsung S4 freezing within 7 days of contract

I upgraded my contract at the above store and experienced numerous challanges. Within my seven day period of my contract ive been to the store 3 time due to my phones freezing and very slow, i took it into the store and the consultant gave it to the instore technician who worked on it for a while and indicated that it should be ok. two days later i found myself back at the store they worked on it again no luck. When the seven day expired they now indicate that they have to send it to their workshop which will take approximately 7 to 14 working days, i was not satisfied indicating that the consultant clearly said if problems are experienced within 7 days they will replace my handset, due to their negligence they now want to get technical and have many irrelevang excuses, this is totally unecceptable and rubbish, i am paying alot of money why should i settle for a new handset to be send to a workshop instead of replacing it. Your urgent intervention is required.
