Double Debit - Account already paid! Refund!!

I signed up to DStv middle March. I requested that a debit order be put in place. At the end of March the debit order did not go off so I went to a Pick n Pay and paid my account manually as the debit order was not set up. I called MultiChoice to ensure they set up the debit order for the end of April. At the end of April (02/05/2013) a double debit went off my account! I have been trying to sort this out for the past 3 weeks only to discover today, that they still haven't processed the refund after sending through the Proof of Payment twice!! I have proof that the Proof of Payment was received via email and also confirmed telephonically last week that they have received the Proof. I was promised that my refund will be in my account within 7 days from receipt of Proof of Payment, which was the 7th of May. I assume this is 7 working days. I expect my money to be in my account by no later than the 16th of May!! Hoping someone can seriously sort this out now!
