Hi I did an upgarde at vodacom over the phone, i received the tablet after wards only to find out the it is not as good as they promices, i returned it within 14 working day but vodacom debited the money saying that i have used the data mean while i used nothing everytime i phone them they tell me a different story, i really need to know whay they give false promise. Today i phone on of the consaltents i spoke to Precius Phakane she told me that their system is not working and she will as her seniour to phone me back by the name of Mzi Khivite, non of them phoned me back, i want my money to be refunded i dont ever want to deal with Vodacom ever in my life, they give false promise and they never phone the customer back
