After a week of no responses from MTN, and having to continuously follow up on promised call backs, Funda at the MTN Cavendish finally took my issue seriously and escalated the matter to the manager (although the server at the MTN store was nonoperational). After 2 hours, I received a response from Funda providing me with a code which fixed my problem immediately.
This is the response I expected the first time I went to MTN with my problem. Funda should be praised for his efficiency and positive service.
