Ad service from accounts

8ta telkom mobile debited my account for the outstanding amount on the 23rd of august 2013.
I called in to confirm receipt of my payment as i received an sms stating payment not received
I send in proof of payment from bank statement.

I spoke to andile sithola who raised a case id 6578191 for the payment. I get told that payment did not reflect as yet . on the 26th i receive another sms stating that my payment was returned. I called again and was told that case has been logged and that my payment was received.

on the 27th at 21:39 i get an sms stating my service has been suspended. i called in only to be told that my payment was not reflecting and that the system just suspends service as it does not see payment and that payment will takes 7-14 days to reflect.

so now my service is suspended i have payed my bill and i get told oh sorry its the system not them.
i want this resolved and i want compensation for loss of income due to my fone being off (my business depends on my line being open and active for calls)
