I have a contract with Vodacom went for an upgrade in June 2013 for Sony Ericson Experia after 2 wks the phone speaker went wrong. I took it in for them to download everything as I was struggling. They told me maybe it's the speaker I had to send it in. They gave me the phone back. I went to Mpumalanga the phone was fine. A month later it had the same problem I sent it back its when the trouble started. They asked me if its insuranced & I told them no & ask them what insurance they never answered me. I left the phone with them. They promise to call me. After a week or two they sent me a job number phoned me to tell me that the phone was liquid damaged that is why the speaker is not working. My question was - whey they sold me the phone they told me its water resistant you can took photos even in the sea. they promise to call me, I went to them again the ff day asked what is the story with my phone coz they phoned me & told me that my phone was liquid damage & I asked them why was it advertised as water resistant. I told them that I don't want that phone again & any product from Sony. If they can give me apple. They gave me the same fixed phone and told me they cannot do otherwise
