Vodacom refuse to give money back on 9380

I have had a few contracts with Vodacom for several years and upon asking for an advance on my upgrade one month before my entitlement, I was told "no". My original phone had stopped working completely and I needed a new phone desperately. I was so furious that I actually cancelled all my subsequent Vodacom contracts and decided to purchase the Blackberry 9380 cash. I don't even know why this phone is on sale still as it is literally the least functional phone I have ever used in my life. The touchscreen only works when it wants to, sometimes the phone doesn't even unlock and the best of all is that it does what it wants on its own. I bought this phone, cash, 2 months back and upon asking for my money back, which I am in my legal right to do, they told me they can only send it in for repairs. Its quite amazing that such a company can so easily take R2800 from you but not be willing to give it back when you find not one, but several defects with the phone. I don't think there is a single 9380 around that doesn't give problems so its simply a poor design which should have been recalled long ago. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. And a word of advice, take better care of paying customers.
