Service and wrong information

I sent my phone in for repairs on the 23rd of October 2013. The guy at the shop told me that the job will take 7 to 10 working days.
Today, 5th November, Is the 10th day and still no phone.
I went into Vodacom today to pick up my phone, hoping that it will be there. However, the phone wasnt there and it only left Joburg today. The man I spoke to today told me that it will take 7-14 working days and that I was given the wrong information regarding timescales.
I also went to Vodacom, Friday the 1st November, to enquire about the repair and change the number that the smses were going to. They continued to sms the wrong number despite me going there to change it. I put my sim in another phone by chance and got the smses.
Once again, Vodacom is keeping up with their promise of excellent services. I'm so happy to be part of the Vodacom family. I'm definitely getting my money's worth.
