Vodacom is one big lie

Here we are again writing about how bad Vodacom's service is and complaining that the consultants does not log your query as they promised and that data is being used even though the phone is connected to Wi-Fi and that nobody at Vodacom can give the client an answer.

I cannot think that a reasonable person can put up with all the nonsense from Vodacom. They are blatant liars in the sense that they promise and promise and promise but an outcome is never found.

The consumer is completely helpless in the sense that Vodacom takes money, don't provide a service, the client complains, nothing comes of it.

If you read the replies on Hello Peter, all Vodacom's replies are the same... how many client's actually gets their problems sorted out? Please don't answer this Vodacom because your word means nothing!

It does not help phoning customer care, they cannot do anything. They should log a query, if you are lucky and even after a query is logged, nobody phones back in 48hrs anyway. I had someone phone back after 15 days!!! They did not have a clue why they phoned and they only promise to phone back again.

My contract will surely not be renewed with this excuse for a mobile operato
