On de 19 of January 2013, i wrote to hellopeter complaining about a phone that we bought for my mother on her birthday. The phone was not working and we returned it to Vodacom and to cut matters short, we were disrespected by de store manager. A lady by de name of Lomarie from Vodacom send an email saying that there was nothing wrong with de phone and we must come and collect the phone. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL VODACOM THAT WE DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM ANYMORE, AND THEY MUST JUST GIVE MY MONEY BACK. Y IS SO IT DIFFICULT FOR THEM TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK. I'm not going to enrich Vodacom after insulting me and my family, my mother's day was ruined. The phone was returned within seven days and only knows y we were given de second phone when we made it clear what we wanted our money back. Pls tell me if customers are not allowed to return stuff back if they dont want them back. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE THAT PHONE BACK OR SHUD ONE GET A LAWYER. ANGRY CUSTOMER.
