Hello Peter

I have logged a complaint with ICASA 27 June 2013 and to date MTN has not responded to my complaint. Herewith details sent to MTN on numerous occassions and ICASA.

I am totally disgusted in the service from MTN.

1. To date I have not received the information that I have requested.
2. The call centre has neither sent me my itemized billing that I requested on Saturday 15th June 2013 - reference nr. 101199427
3. My signed contract has still not been sent to me - reference nr 101199432. I have requested this 5 times and you people just ignore me.
4. My phone calls to Mr Jay Govender does not get returned.
5. Messages are left on Mr Jay Govender' s phone and no return calls and emails either.
6. My query regarding the R2, 271.00 of DATA CALLS made has also not been acted on.
7. According to the call centre Managers At MTN head office don't except any calls from customers.
