For the last few months I had to phone Vodacom to get my itemized billing via email. Today I phoned again and they told me they will email it to me as it is suppose to be done. Again tonight when I opened my emails they only send me the account. I can't understand how many times I need to tell them what I need the itemized billing, I need to claim my calls from my employer. Why do I had to phone every month and must rely on Hellopeter to get things done. I am a customer of Vodacom for many years. But the service that I get from you people is BAD. I need this itemized billing urgently and please phone me on my cellphone. My vodacom phone not my wife that is a Cell c customer. Why does your helpdesk people tell me they will do a thing and they didn, t. I hope this is the last time that I need to phone or email you people for the same problem. In the past I always receive this via email.
