Cell C - Pathetic Customer Service

I recently upgraded my existing contract with Cell C.What i did not expect was a data bill of over R800.I got charged for every single application on my phone, including BBM (R2 per MB). I logged a complaint about my billing. I was told i would be contacted. After one attempt of trying to get a hold of me, i received an sms from cell c telling me my query was resolved? No one spoke to me and resolution was not reached so why was my case closed. That is pathetic customer service. The reference for the first call was 3111902446.I called them back on 21/11/2013-had to log a new query and explain to yet another person about the billing. Reference was 3112102498.I called yet again on the 25/11/2013 as the 24-48 hour SLA was up and no one had made contact with me. I was given a new reference 1-311250000105784 and was promised that a team leader will call me the same day. I have not recieved any calls and still my pending Billing query has not been resolved. This is the worst service ever -Cell C debited my account already even though resolution has not been reached, instead i am left unanswered and am considering moving to another Service provider. Absolutely pathetic servie!!!
