ACCOUNT QUERY THAT HAS BEEN A PROBLEM FOR 2 MONTHS

On evening of the 13/03/2013, I misplaced my sim card as soon as i realised it I called MTN on the morning of the 14/03/2013 at 7:30 am to report my sim card lost.
Between 9pm of the 13/03/2013 to the 14/03/2013 1:48 am R10 613.36 worth of international calls were made. I dont recall giving mtn written to activate int calls.
I contacted MTN regarding this matter & they told me I will need to request itemised billing & highlight the calls in question, I made my 1st request at the end of March. They told me within 24hrs i would have my itemised billing, about 2 wks later i made my 2nd call requesting my itemised billing & i was told i would have it within 24hrs, about 1 wk later, i made my 3rd phone call requesting my itemised billing, 48hrs later i had still not recieved it so i logged a complaint on hello peter, within 24hrs of that complaint then mtn contacted me and sent me my itemised billing. Then on the 13/05/2013 i contacted mtn customer care & i requested the signed documentation where i had given mtn permission to activate my international calls, i got a ref #100048380 & was told i would have it in 24 - 48hrs. It is now the 21/05/2013 & i still not recieved my documents.
