So I upgraded my phone contract with MTN on 05/04/2013... Biggest mistake of my life... I took the blackberry Z10 and have had issues since... I have to restart the phone at least 3 times a day.
I started calling MTN call centre last month and they insist on sending the phone away... Do they not understand that I had had this phone for less than a month. I refuse for it to be repaired i suggest MTN get into gear and have this resolved, I refuse to send this phone away... I am paying a decent amount to MTN every month, and expect service...
