Mtn
Account

I had a very small cellular account with above company for 2 years. In November of 2012, they upgraded this account to a R500 p.m. account, without my knowledge or consent. Since then I have made numerous phone calls, sent faxes, e-mails and phone calls. Amongst the documentation I had to submit was an Affidavit, and a certified copy of my ID. This was done on 2013/01/03. I have had correspondence with Client Support, Zed Amore, [Email Removed] Jay Govender, Customer Care, and lastly Magdeline Mogashoa at ICASA. During this time I received many threatening letters, demanding money. On Aug 8, 2013 I received a very short note from Jay Govender (MTNSP - Innovation centre) apologising for the inconvenience, and informing me that the contract has been cancelled< and all charges reversed.
I still received statements, with balances owing. After numerous mails and phone calls to Mr Govender regarding this, I once again received the short e mail on Sept 16, 2013 that the account was closed. I still received an account after this. The amount owing had at least been reduced.
Lastly I received a phone call on 3 February 2014 informing me that I had been handed over to MTN Laywers
