PHONE FAULTY IN 9 DAYS-NOT REPAIRED FOR 65 DAYS

My name is Deon Sewbaran. I am writing to you to inform you that I have not received my Samsung Galaxy S3 phone from the Cell C store in City View shopping Mall, Stamford, Durban, as yet. Asanda, from the store had phoned me and advised that the delivery they were expecting came but my phone was not in there. This is the second time this promise was made. It has been told to me that my phone will be returned unrepaired with no valid reason for this. It has also been promised that Samsung will look at repairing the phone from the store Manager Priya (0844333701). I was further told on Friday that they have tried to track the whereabouts of my phone and are being given the run-around. My phone has been with them from 07 March 2013. It is now 65 days that I am with out a phone. I had purchased the phone on 23 February 2013. I have only had this phone in my possession for nine working days. This is becoming frustrating. On Monday 6 May 2013 my sim card was converted to prepaid. to date I have had no response on that. What is going on. I have dealt with Asanda and Priya (cell c store), Dilen and Latanya (Franchise), and Themba (OBF) and Nomtha (TPHD). I am unable to open another contract
