My mum has been trying to cancel her contract since August 2013

Real problems began on the 31 October 2013, My mum had been debited with 849.39. No escalations department? That's what I was told. What's the purpose of a ref number? And I was dropped about 4 times during the day.

08h30 spoke to (contract money dept: assistant manager) he tried to help and then transferred to Accounts dept...
09h00 Spoke to some miserable lady in accounts dept, eventually transferred to (Account dept - team lead) he said that calls were made from this phone amounting to 849.39 for month of September-October (this phone had been off for most of the 24 months) he then requested for me to get an itemized billing and lay a charge at a police station for the phone calls...
4hours wasted... unable to get itemized billing, next day went to vodashop, also couldn't get from them.
