I received a huge bill from MTN with regard to PSD Calls. I requested a detailed billing stating where on the internet I was. I requested this via the call centre on the 1st July 2013. I have heard nothing from them so I placed a complaint on the MTN website (MTN REQ:2398427), on the 15th July 2013. I have heard nothing from MTN nor have I received any correspondence. I have been with MTN for many years and I am extremely dissapointed about the service I have received and I would never recommend them to anyone.
