IN MID MARCH WE UPGRADED THE CELL PHONE, AND WE TOOK A PACKAGE WITH A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION OF R319, WHICH INCLUDE 100 SMS, 100 MIN, 100MB. ON 6/5/2013 THE PHONE WAS SUSPENDED BECAUSE OF AN OUTSTANDING AMOUNT OF R1275.01, WHICH WAS PAID ON 15/05/2013. THE LINE WAS OPENED FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR BUT WAS THEN SUSPENDED (INCOMING AS WELL AS OUTGOING SMS, CALLS) ON 15/05/2013. THIS AMOUNT WAS FROM DATE OF UPGRADE TILL END MARCH. ON 15/05/2013 CUSTOMER CARE INDICATED THAT A AMOUNT OF R3451.00 IS DUE FOR END MAY 2013 AND AN AMOUNT OF R1124.00 WHICH IS DUE END JUNE 2013. I REQUESTED ITEMIZED BILLINGS BECAUSE THIS AMOUNTS IS OUTRAGES. WE SUSPECT THAT THE PHONE/LINE/ SIM CARD IS HACKED. WE REQUESTED CELL C TO INVESTIGATE BUT WAS ONLY INFORMED OF 1 SUBSCRIPTION TO MIRA, I DID UNSUBSCRIBE THE SERVICE AT MIRA. SINCE MARCH WE WERE NEVER ABLE TO USE THE BENEFITS ON THE CONTRACT, FOR IT WAS IMMEDIATELY USED BY SOMEONE ELSE AND NOT BY THE CONTRACT HOLDER AFTER UPLOADED.
