Billing unable to accomodate wht sales are selling

I was sold a Blackberry Z10 by upgrades department with unlimited BBM usage for under R300 per month for 2years. I have been a customer of autopage for 10 years and my average billing is about R350 per month. My September/Oct and Nov 2013 bill was all well over R1000 per month of which bulk of this billing related to GPRS/Internet usage. The line items reflecting GPRS usage billing is a clear indication the billing relates to chat items. The only chat application I have on the phone is BBM. (i have not loaded watsup or any other chat applications as I understood the cost implications for chatting on these) I have several calls the to call centre and spoke to various agents and 2 team leaders from 29 October to try and resolve. At a point I was requested to complete a form & submit a letter as well as a cpoy of my ID requesting URL information. My first interaction with them was 29 October 2013 - The only way to log a complaint with them is through a customer service agent. I have requested on 2 occassions a complaint to be logged due to me not receiving the URL information & that have not received not 1 call back from anyone acknowledging my query.
