DAYLIGHT ROBERY

I have been a loyal MTN customer for about 4 years. I always pay my account, even when there have been disputes regarding excessive billing - and there have been many disputes in the past. Here is my latest:
On 1 June 2013 I went into an MTN store - Blue Route to query my account dated 20 May 2013. To date, I have not received any feedback. On 11 June 2013 I logged a query through [Email Removed] and received this reference number: 101029280. To date, I have not received a response! According to my last billing statement, I used approximately 1.3 GB data. I disputed this and requested a full report of what sites were visited and the dates. Lets say I did in fact use 1.3 GB data, which I dispute, because I receive an itemised billing statement each month (which by the way I pay for - Cell C does not charge their customers for itemised billing) I saw that the 1.3 GB I apparently used totalled R511.00! This is daylight, when Cell C charges approximately R69 for 1GB and MTN Broadband charges R149 for 1GB. How is it possible that 1.3 GB amounts to R511? I cannot wait to end this ridiculous contract.
