On Thursday, 01 August my mobile phone service was suspended for no particular reason as a call centre agent Olga Ntsime from High value & VIP call centre was not sure why the service was suspended and subsequently removed the suspension. Unfortunately the suspension was not removed but my mobile number was deactivated in error. I have been engaging with MTN for the past 5days and they have not been able to resolve this query. I can no longer tolerate the incompetence and need to have my number activated TODAY and my contract migrated to prepaid so that I can move to another network.
Response from Mtn: According to our records your number has been migrated to prepaid and all services have been reinstated.
Kindly note that there is a final payment of R3 071.91 due on your account.

Dear Veronica, I `m afraid the issue has not been resolved, I still don't have access to the number in question. Please investigate as there is a primary/secondary number which is still deactivated, I need to have it reactivated NOW as I use it for business purposes - what an inconvenience. And the nerve to post the comments above, ridiculous.
