My cellphone number has been deactivated just becoz i didnt renew the the airtime contract that i had with u guys for the past 4 years. in need my number back ASAP to be migrated back to prepaid, thats a business line. u didnt tell me its a life contract that am getting into, i was told it will be renewed every 24 months.
in other words u are forcing me to stay on this contract. my clients cant get hold of me becoz of this mess. remember i still nid to pay my account with u guys if i dont get that number back i wont be able to pay my accounts becoz its my other income. this is the number that pays your accounts if i dont get it back u can start by blacklisting me from today becoz i wont be able to pay those accounts. i went to mtn and i was told the only thing Foschini nids to do is to send a request to mtn for the number to be migrated from contract to prepaid how difficult is that. the number is 0718696348
