My service has been deleted

Hi

I completed an upgrade for my new mobile on the 28/07/13 at blueroute mall MTN. on the 29/07/13 my service has been cut off (no phone calls no smses and no data usage with a brand new phone!!!

I contacted the contact centre on 083 1808 for answers and they could not give me any, all they can say is my number is deactivated. my account has been paid up to date and no reason to be deactivated. The call centre transfers me from 1 department to the next and tells me i have to wait 24 to 48 hours for my service to be activated. All they can tell me is that its a mistake on there side. that does not help me at all.

I dont evan have a mobile number to give you in order to be contacted.

I use my phone for business and now what would i do?
