On the 29th of June 2013, I called Nashua Mobile to convert my number to prepaid which I was promised will be migrated on 31 July 2013. Since the beginning of August, I've had to call for them to do the migration and for them to credit my account since the glitch is on their side. On the 16th of October after they suspended my phone I called them again and I was told by Hlengiwe that they will issue a credit note and she opened the line again and promised to migrate my number and close my account completely. Finally at the end of October the phone was migrated to prepaid, however I have now received a statement saying I owe Nashua Mobile R186 (including interest), and this amount is 90 days overdue. Can someone tell me how is that possible, considering that I cancelled my account in June already?
