For the past six months my cellphone number keeps on being deactivated for no reason & without warning or explanation from Vodacom. During this period I have had to register my number more than 10 times now. Every time I report the issue to Vodacom call centre or at any of their Vodacom branches nobody seems to know why my number is being deactivated time & again. I have also logged a few service requests but still nobody can explain why my number is being deactivated.
