On Thursday, 01 August my mobile phone service was suspended for no particular reason as a call centre agent Olga Ntsime from High value & VIP call centre was not sure why the service was suspended and subsequently removed the suspension. Unfortunately the suspension was not removed but my mobile number was deactivated in error. I have been engaging with MTN for the past 5days and they have not been able to resolve this query. I can no longer tolerate the incompetence and need to have my number activated TODAY and my contract migrated to prepaid so that I can move to another network.
