The MTN call center's response time is ridiculous. I have spent over 30 minutes on hold being transferred from one agent to the next trying to resolve an issue whereby MTN suspended my account??? I have been an MTN subscriber since 2005 - not once have I missed a payment and I have multiple contracts with them. The reason for the suspension... My bill reached it's credit limit? Now I have to wait up to 24 hours for my own number to be reactivated!!!
What a frustration and pain... time to change service providers methinks...
