There were 2 number that were on vodacom network which i ported to 8ta and took 2 contract phones out. We had reception problems and dropped calls continuously. I use the stated number for business and decided to move 1 number from contract to prepaid and replace the contract number with a new prepaid number. The prepaid number did replace my contract number however 8ta call centre and branch assistance tell me the number is active but not active, they can see it on the system but can not access it.
I am very upset as i have 3 contracts with 8ta and loosing a number, my number on their network is unacceptable. I just need the number to work and nobody seems to know how to assist me.
