Im sick and tired of mtn, i requested that my number be converted to prepaid as i never requested for that stupid fochini contract.apparently it has been migrated back to prepaid however i still cant use it because no one can rica it! ive called 173 and no one is able to help me! i need this number, im suppose to be signing a contract with my sponsor for my studies but i have not because they are unable to contact me.should i loose this sponsor mtn will pay for my studies because of your incompetence.the no is 078 072 0734.an agent called my mom and activated my no on contract without explaining to her how it work and worst part without consulting me the owner of the number.
i want this sorted out.reactivate my number so that i can port to vodacom
