I have to pay for damages cuasd by mtnsp

My cell phone was given in for repairs to the lydenburg branch 4 weeks ago thy send it in there was no assessment done after two weeks the phone was back claiming that there was physical damage to the phone I complained about it that thy did not done an inspection on the phone and that I did not even took out the memory card then I realised that the memory card has been removed the response from the store was that the technicians remove the cards and destroy it as the response from the repair centre on my first report to hellopeter when I start to put up a little seen the manager of the store phone the repair centre thy responded that the paper work was not in order for a repair claim so she ask me to give them a chance to rectify the problem witch I did now after two weeks thy let me know that the phone was damaged on the memory card slot when I phone mtnsp the response is we will get some one to phone you but it seems that that some one died just before the call was made I have several contracts with the mtn company it amounts up to R1800.00 per month and thy cut my line due to overdue account I will consider it as an agreement that thy cancelled all my contracts and will not pa
