Misplacing of memory cards

I handed my blackberry, still under guarantee, in for repair. the proper paperwork was not done. The attendant gave me my battery cover and i left. few days later my wife received and sms that my phone was assess and found out of guarantee and i was quoted. we replied that they should not fix the phone and was phoned by Lorraine from the branch and collected the phone. On arrival at the branch my wife checked the phone and realized that the memory card was not there. Susan said that it was physical damage to the memory card slot and showed the damage where after she told Susan that the memory card was never taken out by us and she asked for the memory card and was told that the workshop will through it away. my wife left and brought me the phone where i was sitting in the car and told me what happened. i went into the branch and told Susan that i want my memory card back and we had and argument and she send my phone back to the workshop. the original fault was never addressed because the paperwork was never done correctly.
