Missing Memory Card after Repairs

On the week of the 18 Dec 12 I took in my phone for repairs at Customer Care at Vodaworld. I was told that I would recieve my phone in 2-4 hours. I did not remove my memory card from the handset, 3 weeks later I went to Vodaworld to check for the phone without any notification from Vodacom. I asked the gentleman who helped me out and he says I was supposed to remove the memory card and if I didnt remove it then there is nothing that can be done for me. I am very disappointed at the treatment that I recived from odacom which is such a huge company to not be respecting people's property. I did not even recieve an apology with regards to this mattyer.
