Out the box failure of a Galaxy Ta

I got a contract for a Samsung Galaxy Tab.
Got a Memory card with it for free as part of the deal. On Friday 21 June 2013 I received the Memory card.
On Saturday the 22nd I Inserted the Memory card in the slot provided. There is only one way for the card to be inserted.
The card slot clicked as I was pushed down to insert the memory card. It did not go down as it should, and I saw that the card was skew and the little latch does not want to close. I tried to press down again to remove the card, the data card did not want to come out. So I had to use my finger nails to remove the card.

Sending this thing in the following Monday due to out the box failure, I was told that Samsung rejected repair due to the card slot being damaged. Well no Samsung, how else was I supposed to get the card in the device in the first place, leave it next to it and it would pop in by itself.

The device is still at Vodacom. I refuse to take it due to the card slot not working when inserting the memory card for the first time. They say it was damaged and they do not want to replace it for that reason.

That is what you need to do to get the memory card in for the first time Samsung, it works that way
