CELL C: Bad Service Delivery: The Glen Branch

Visited the CELL C branch at The Glen and handed my Black Berry handset to Christopher Reed, this is about 3 weeks ago. i called the same day advising that my memory card was still in the phone. Spoke to a rep who advised the phone as already been sent for repairs. 2 weeks later i was called and advised that my memory card has arrived, to my suprise it came with the phone. I asked Christopher is my phone then ready, he said no - they had to bring my memory card back (this is now weeks later). Logically, why would you send the phone back after 2 weeks to take out a memory card? He was also arrogant when i questioned him. it is now going into the 4th week and still no response from the Cell C branch. I also did not receive a loan phone and abruptly told once again that the last loan phone was taken. I had to buy a phone for R500. I have been with Cell C since inception and the service is unacceptable. My contract is up for renewal in November and i cannot wait to move to Vodacom. 0 out of 10 service rating for THe Glen CELL C - Hope never to go back...
