I have a two month old Q5 - been sent to the repair centre in the Cape - due to rejecting my Memory card. The phone was then REPLACED - (and sitting with the Vodashop in Mosselbay for HOW LONG - without me being notified that the phone is ready for collection) The replacement phone - turned out to be ANOTHER REPAIRED unit - which turned out to have battery problems - within 24hours after receipt. I then called the C.R.M department - just to be notified - that the phone ONCE AGAIN need to be sent to the repair centre in the CAPE - for another 2 weeks! I'm on my way to Namibia, and cannot travel with a faulty phone, also cannot go on the road with a loan phone without access to email and all the stuff on my bb! I requested the phone (almost new) - to be replaced, but the consultants keep on telling me that the phone need to be examined, to see if it cannot be repaired! EXTREMELY unhappy client, and totally unacceptable response from company
