I went to fetch my phone after it had been repaired, and Cell C had given me a loan phone. After he got my phone from the back room, I handed the guy behind the desk the loan phone so he could take out my memory card and sim card to put into my now fixed phone. Everything is fine, but when I leave I check and see that my 8GB memory card is missing. So I return in and ask the same guy where it is. He clams not to have seen it in the loan phone at all. After I reason with him that my memory card was in fact in the loan phone when he took it, he then tells me its in the plastic packet with my repair papers, so I have a look and its not in there. So I tell the guy that somewhere between me handing him the loan phone and him giving me my fixed phone, he lost my memory card. I asked the guy to then give me a new one to replace the one he lost, but he and the other cell c staff refused. Now anyone can make a mistake, but then take responsibility and replace what the staff lost while handling my phone. This is not the first incident this month i had with Cell C, 2 weeks prior I had major issues with Cell C taking in my phone to be repaired.
